Let’s celebrate a great yoga class in Flower Mound with Inspire Yoga. Each class is an experience more memorable than Sixteen Candles. It’s time to get out and live your life again. Find that next great experience for you!
“I can’t believe I gave my panties to a geek. “-Samantha Baker (May 4th 1984)
Lets start with a reflection on being seen.
If Samantha Baker ever took a yoga class in Flower Mound, it would have surely been an amazingly hot yoga class with our treasured icon, Tatiana!
As a healthy and active (now) 53-year-old, Samantha would easily fit right in with us. Knee to elbow, three leg dog, knee to other elbow, hear great music, pine over past love, sweat, hold, breathe.
Although, beneath the surface of that perfectly aged redheaded beauty, consider the trauma of being so ignored by her family on her sweet 16th birthday (in the timeless classic – Sixteen Candles).
This certainly left an enduring need for healing. I am sure she would really appreciate being seen by our great community of members. I am sure she would come back time and time again for more great yoga classes.
We have all felt how life can be difficult when no one seems interested in us. It hurts to go through any day unnoticed.
Maybe this is because no one knows what you are going through. Or, maybe you have not let anyone into your life in a long while because you don’t know how to anymore.
Either way, there is a real pain that emerges when we feel we are not seen.
Thankfully, however, there is a simple path forward. A guaranteed fix.
Now, lets pause and remember the value of membership.
Here is the fix.
Yes, it can be scary and it can be difficult. However, it really is that simple. You have to put yourself out there ‘somewhere’ to be found.
You will find that Inspire Yoga is a safe space to be found. The yoga certification program our instructors go through during Inspire Yoga Teacher Training provides an important element of awareness. The yoga instructors’ role is to see you, to pay attention to you, and to help you in some small way each day.
We were lucky enough to start our community over a decade ago with a group of instructors that really care about each other and about you. Then we kept that group together for ten years. We slowly added on only with other instructors that really cared.
By keeping an amazing instructor community truly willing to care about our members, we have without question arrived at the most blessed, kind, open, and loving community of yogi members that any yoga studio could hope to create.
Thank you for being a part of this!
So now, after a decade of cultivating great members, it is so easy for brand new beginners taking their first yoga class to plug right in. This is because all the great existing members are eager to welcome the brand new members.
With a membership at Inspire Yoga you make yourself available to be seen at every yoga class you take in Flower Mound, Grapevine, Denton, and Highland Village. This is a big step forward. This is a simple way to begin to work on you in a safe space.
Our welcoming community helps you find peace of mind while you start to work on you.
The fact that you will sweat, exercise, and feel better is important. It is valuable but secondary. The primary benefit is a feeling of belonging.
“A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong. When those needs are not met, we don’t function as we were meant to. We break. We fall apart. We numb. We ache. We hurt others. We get sick”-Brene Brown
And it is that simple, let yourself be found. Open, heal, help someone else. Thanks Brene Brown for saying everything better than I could have.
It is time to welcome you back!
