Picture Yourself in Paradise

At Inspire Yoga, we make it incredible to practice yoga your way under the caring guidance of our teachers. This summer’s retreat will be led by TWO of our well-loved, versatile, and experienced yoga teachers. NANCY NELSON, E-RYT500 and RACHEL MERRIMAN, E-RYT500 will be your guides on this journey together in Costa Rica. Denton Studio Owner, Courtney Whistler, will be your host and onsite to help coordinate all travel accommodations and retreat activities with you.

This yoga retreat is for all level yoga practitioners. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, our unique blend of offerings will enhance your practice on and off of the mat. Practices range from energizing vinyasa flow all the way to yoga Nidra meditation…and everything in between. This retreat provides all students the opportunity to unplug and recharge. Plan on leaving this week feeling more connected to yourself, one another, and to our planet at large.

Here’s what we have planned for your pleasure in your 6 day, 5 night retreat. Enjoy master-led yoga classes twice a day, group meals and camaraderie, optional outings, events, excursions, and daily down-time to do exactly as you please.

You’ll stay in the beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica where the jungle meets the ocean and a 10-minute walk to Playa Pelada. Liberia, CR (LIR) is the airport to start watching rates for your flights for your chosen retreat week.

You’ll retreat for 5 days at Casa Saltamontes with some of the coolest yoga friends. Featuring 4 individual casitas that each sleep 2 to 6 people, have private plunge pools, kitchens, and bathrooms. Get Ready to Reserve Your Room!

Reserve the room of your choice with your deposit. Priority booking opens up to Inspire Yoga MEMBERS on Thursday, December, 8th at 8:00 AM. Inspire Unlimited Members will receive a private link through our email system at 8:00 in the morning. Reserve your spot during the week of your choice as soon as you receive the email.

Unlimited members at any Inspire Yoga location have a first priority sign up window when registration opens in December 2022. Start a MEMBERSHIP today and have all the perks that our clients get.

All Priority Waitlist students who filled out our interest form will receive the private link to reserve with deposit on Friday, December, 9th at 8:00 AM. Reserve your spot before they sell out with just a $500 USD *deposit. Deposits are refundable for 30 days from purchase less a 10% processing fee. Deposits will apply to your retreat cost.

What’s included? All retreat activities, housing, breakfast & dinners (alcohol excluded)
What’s not included? Airfare, airport transfer to Nosara, additional optional add-on activities, lunch or additional food and alcohol.
