Our Root to Rise retreat is for all level women practitioners. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an advanced yogi, our unique blend of offerings will enhance your practice on and off of the mat. Practices range from energizing vinyasa flows, slow flow, deep yin & meditation.

Here’s what we have planned for your pleasure in your 7 day, 6 night retreat. From sun up, to sun down, choose your best adventure every day with us in Costa Rica. Enjoy master-led yoga classes twice daily with Inspire Yoga Teacher – ALANA SPEED, private chef group meals, shared ATV’s, optional outings, events, excursions, and daily down-time to do exactly as you please. This retreat offers women the chance to dive deep within, form ever lasting connections, and spark the light within to change your future!

You’ll stay in the beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica where the jungle meets the ocean and a 10-minute walk to Playa Pelada. Liberia, CR (LIR) is the airport to start watching rates for your flights.

Inspire Yoga Denton Studio Owner, Courtney Whistler, will be your host and onsite to help coordinate all travel accommodations and retreat activities with you.

You’ll retreat for 6 days at Casa Saltamontes with some of the coolest yoga friends. One main house and 2 casitas, comprised of 7 private bedrooms, have private pools, kitchens, and bathrooms. You’ll experience all the luxuries of an exotic vacation while feeling right at home. Room choice will be first come, first serve. Select early with your deposit.

Priority booking is open now. Reserve your spot before rooms sell out with just a $500 USD *deposit. Deposits are refundable for 30 days from purchase less a 10% processing fee. Deposits will apply to your retreat cost.

What’s not included? Airfare, airport transfer to Nosara, additional optional add-on activities, lunch or additional food and alcohol.
