ABOUT Inspire Yoga
We serve the Kansas City and Johnson County yoga community by providing challenging, inspiring yoga classes for all levels of experience and fitness. We have a clean, beautiful, studio in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of safe parking. Located in the heart of Prairie Village, our studio is equipped with changing rooms and shower facilities for your convenience!
All of our classes are intelligently sequenced with deep attention given to the breath in a friendly, non-competitive, and supportive atmosphere. We offer public yoga classes, private instruction, workshops on special topics, prenatal yoga and a Beginners Yoga course. Our amazing instructors offer expertise in hatha yoga, yoga flow, vinyasa yoga, hot yoga, power yoga, gentle yoga, yoga in chairs and restorative yoga. With up to 30 classes per week, you are guaranteed to find a class time and style appropriate for you!
At Inspire Yoga all students receive individual attention as well as the respect and space they require to discover themselves through the practice of yoga. We have been inspired by our yoga practice and seek to share the many benefits of this ancient system with you. Come with an open mind and an open heart. All are welcome.
