Let me tell you about something special that we do for our Members at Inspire Yoga.

It’s called the Membership Appreciation Party.

Our Membership Appreciation Party last year, where we announced the opening of Inspire Yoga Grapevine!

Every so often we open up the Inspire Yoga ‘HOMEquarters’ to our member and instructor community for cheer and merriment. It is fun, it is accessible, and it is a part of how we create a comfortable environment for members to get to know each other. It is also a great way for members to get to know all the Inspire Yoga Instructors a little bit better.

There is a simple principle in play that works magic. It works for me and it works for all of you. It happens in the yoga studio every day. It is part of the Membership Appreciation Party. Surround yourself with people that inspire you. It’s no secret that you ‘become’ something else over time. Manage the process. Be attentive to what you are becoming and know a little bit about how that growth occurs.

The natural change process is so intense that when we finally go wheels up and roll some humans out to Mars for good, we need to be really careful about what living things join us. It’s amazing how quickly nature can turn two things into one. We just don’t notice this principle much in the day to day because change is slow. Consider that perhaps every single interaction between two or more people will ultimately change everyone involved. The key to success, and natural survival is to choose wisely and spend your most precious time with people who lift you up. In this way, Inspire Yoga is a safe haven for many wonderful people.

So, we highly recommend hanging around with a bunch of great yoga instructors, fellow members, and recent yoga teacher training graduates as often as possible. You will have fun. You will see a friend you have not seen in a while. You will meet someone new. You might hear some engaging stories about how the first yoga teacher training class from Inspire Yoga Grapevine enjoyed the experience! And, you will be seen. With great members and great instructors from Highland Village, Denton, and Grapevine all together for one afternoon you are sure to feel great about your decision to attend! Come often to the yoga studio and take each opportunity to join in at member events.

Look, I have found this to be true; the more time spent with people who choose to lift you up and with people who constantly cheer for you, then the less time there is for self doubt, fear, anxiety, or negativity. Many people have a strange way of unintentionally exchanging their negativity with each other. In a well-run yoga studio the culture does not allow for the transfer of negativity. It is full of people making a constant effort to focus on their own positivity and the positivity of others. This results in a feeling and a natural vibration that is safe, comfortable, and full of well-being. After years together in this environment, Inspire Yoga Members learn to know how much they can count on each other. It is a blessing to see this true value seamlessly built into everyone’s life experience.
