hot vinyasa flow

Our signature vinyasa class incorporates advanced poses and techniques in an "all-levels welcome" environment. Practiced in a hot room, you are sure to sweat as you feed your creative side in this unique and engaging class.

Slow Flow

Precision, sensation, strength, and awareness amplify as you move with your breath to transform body and mind. Practiced in a warm room with a versatile pace and detailed instruction. Experience an intense connection to your practice.


This class is suited for all levels of experience and is practiced in a cool room. Allow time for your muscles, joints and mind to align, stretch, and release. Yin is a great compliment to any other rigorous daily activity.


Simply arrive 15 minutes early to your first class. Let the instructor know you are new to Inspire Yoga. Try the CREATE ACCOUNT function if you would like to register in advance of your visit. That's it!

All students are invited to our introductory course on yoga basics and getting to know Inspire Yoga. Attend as a beginner or when you have several classes under your belt. This 4-part series is a great way to feel more confident in the practice.
